Get your iTunes in the mood with mood-based tagging
From Ars Technica:
If you’ve got a big iTunes library, you’ll no doubt be aware that sometimes the shuffle play just doesn’t cut it. Instead of playing Teddy Pendergrass when you’re trying to get freaky, iTunes will cramp your style and put on some KMFDM instead. Or it’ll throw on a Sade track when you’re trying to hold a thumping dance party. There’s nothing worse than a track that doesn’t go with your mood or your energy level. Fortunately, there’s now a solution that will let you play lovin’ music, loud arena rock, or whatever else suits your mood, much like Musicovery does.
That solution is Moody, a new application that works with iTunes and allows you to tag your music based on the “mood” of each song.
